Acknowledgements

Acknowledgements are provided for every order. Contact customer service if you have not received an acknowledgement within 24 hours. Examine acknowledgements and contact customer service immediately with any errors.

Product Safety

• Products in this catalog are Certified Non-Toxic by ACMI (Art & Creative Materials Institute) and PMA (Pencil Manufacturer's Association) and conform to ASTM standard
  D-4236
• Products in the catalog are evaluated against and meet CA Prop 65 requirements and lead content levels
• Products in this catalog are not manufactured to contain rubber latex, gluten products, corn products, wheat products, rice products, egg products and peanut products but are not exempt to post manufacturing contamination

Return Policy

• Returns will not be accepted without prior approval
• All returns must have the RA (return authorization) number clearly marked on all packages
• All requests must be submitted within 30 days

Repeat Orders

• Provide previous purchase order and/or invoice number
• All information, including item description, item color and artwork description must be clearly shown on new order or factory is not responsible for errors
• Any repeat order referencing an order older than 2 years will incur a new set-up charge

Samples

• Random samples are available at no charge
• Spec samples $45 (C) plus screens/dies or other applicable charges
• Virtual samples are available on our website at no charge

Shipping

• Canadian shipments FOB Newmarket, Ontario
• "Best Way" unless otherwise specified
• Shipping weights are approximate. Dixon is not responsible for the difference in actual freight vs. quoted estimates
